Due to the Sunshine Coast District, BC Provincial and new Federal restrictions on Short Term Rentals we are now only able to offer our family friendly four bedroom two bathroom home for rental with a minimum of 90 days from September to March inclusive.

Our house is located on a sunny, level, south facing fenced garden property. We are a short walk to several beaches, a playground, tennis, golf, and Gilker Provincial Park which offers a series of unique trails past roaring creeks and waterfalls.

Amenities

This is a level, landscaped 2/3 acre property with fruit trees, berry bushes and a country green house.

There are large Cedar trees and a sunny deck great for morning coffee and evening BBQ's

The house has lots of natural light through many skylights

The kitchen includes a convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee grinder, china service for 8.

Natural gas fireplace in the living room and a wood stove in the family room.

All bedding and towels are included, washer and dryer in laundry room

Hi-Speed Wireless Internet, TV, CD, DVD, VHS, 2 stereo sound systems
